Registration fees

All delegates should pay a symposium fee:

Early Bird Registration Fee	300 EUR
Early Bird Student Registration Fee	200 EUR
Late Bird Registration Fee	400 EUR
Late Bird Student Registration Fee	250 EUR
Accompanying Person Fee	150 EUR

Registration fee of the participant includes:

• Participation to the scientific programme
• Participant’s kit
• Coffee break
• Light lunch
• Icebreaker party
• Yellow Submarine competition

• Icebreaker party
• Yellow Submarine competition

Registration

You can register on-line to the Symposium until the 5th of September, 2016 (late registration deadline).

Please note that in order for your registration to be valid, you must complete the payment of the relevant fee.

After the late registration deadline, you can register on-site, during the Symposium (26-30 September 2016) at the Secretariat.

Payment methods

Bank deposit

Payments should be sent to the bank account details that you receive by e-mail when you make the on-line registration.

When making the bank transfer, please state the family name of the delegate as well as the code ‘EMBS51’. Please note that all bank charges should be paid by the participants. The name of the participant(s) should be clearly stated in the bank transfer. In addition, a copy of the relevant document (wire transfer) should be sent by e-mail to the secretariat .

Credit card

Payments through credit card are now available, just follow the instruction on “Register online”

Cancellation policy

Please note that in order for your registration to be valid, you must complete the payment of the relevant fee. The Symposium registration fee is not refundable.
